RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
If the item you have bought turns out to be faulty and can't be repaired, or needed more repair, then firstly the replacement shall be offered to you for the same unit and if that is not possible (due to unavailability) then a full refund shall be offered which could either be in the form of credit note or cash refund depending upon the product you are purchasing or your prior agreement with customer service agent.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it
-Your item must be in the original packaging.
-Any packaging materials included with your purchase that include, but are not limited to laptop bag, mouse, charger, headphones, warranty cards etc must be returned with the item.
The following KLD items do not qualify for a refund or exchange under this policy:

By UAE consumer law, customers have no legal right to a remedy if they have simply changed their mind, or the item is an unwanted gift, or the wrong size etc.
All items received for a return/exchange are subject to inspection by a KLD customer service team member prior to approval of the returns/exchange request. KLD reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not adhere to this policy.
In the event you would like a refund of a purchase made through Killer Lappy Deals UAE (KLD) and it qualifies under the information provided in this policy, you will receive that refund in the form of a Credit Voucher and/or Credit Memo. KillerLappyDeals does not provide cash or credit refunds unless it’s agreed prior or in some circumstances. All Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers must be redeemed in the KLD Web store within twelve months of issue.
You also have the choice to exchange the item with another item fall under the same price or more. Incase your exchange item is priced higher than your current item then you have to pay that price difference.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs priced at AED 30 in which we will arrange the courier to collect the item from your doorstep and incase of exchange, the item will be delivered to you at no extra cost. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

(i) Exchange or Return is possible only within 3 days from the date of delivery subject to the terms herein.
(ii) No Exchange or Return shall be made for the unit which has no minor or major defect and without the Original Invoice & Warranty Memo provided and the product (including the unit carton) is returned in the original condition along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) items, if applicable.
(iii) No Exchange or Return shall be made for the following product categories: All Accessories, Software, etc.
(iv) Any Refund will be in the form of Cash (for certain products only) Credit Vouchers / Credit Memo only, to be redeemed within a period of 6 months.
(v) These terms & conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the UAE as applied in the respective emirate.
